Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled React Native Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing mobile applications using React Native and will be responsible for building high-quality, responsive applications that provide an exceptional user experience. This role requires a deep understanding of mobile development principles and a passion for creating innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in React Native & Android Native (ES6+)
• Knowledge of modern React concepts (Hooks, Context API)
• Experience with API integration and state management (Redux/Zustand)
• Basic understanding of native mobile development experience (Swift or Kotlin)
• Experience with native mobile development ecosystems(Android studio & Xcode)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
• Knowledge of mobile UI design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools.
• Understanding of native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, and Android Studio.
• Experience with performance optimization
• Familiarity with Sentry / Firebase Crashlytics
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Git workflows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications.
