We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience in building scalable web applications. The candidate will be responsible for developing new product functionalities, enhancing existing features, and delivering high-quality software solutions. The role requires independent handling of complex tasks while following Agile and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

• Participate in requirement analysis, effort estimation, coding, and unit testing.

• Develop scalable and responsive web applications.

• Design and implement reusable UI components.

• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs.

• Prepare software design specifications.

• Participate in design reviews and code reviews.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex software issues.

• Follow coding standards and best programming practices.

• Implement performance optimization techniques.

• Conduct peer code reviews and provide technical guidance.

• Support Agile/SCRUM development processes.

• Maintain high work efficiency and productivity.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• Strong experience in:

  • TypeScript

  • ReactJS / NextJS

  • Node.js

  • Redux or similar state management libraries

• Hands-on experience with:

  • HTML5

  • CSS3

  • API Integration using ReactJS

  • RESTful API design and development

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as:

  • Python

  • PowerShell

• Strong requirement analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in code reviews and software performance optimization.

• Good understanding of:

  • Agile Methodology

  • SCRUM Framework

• Proficiency in:

  • MS Excel

  • MS Word

  • MS PowerPoint

• Knowledge of HMI Programming.

• Post Graduate Diploma in CDAC.

• Understanding of coding standards and software quality practices.

• BE/B.Tech in:

  • Computer Science

  • Information Technology

  • Electronics
