Responsibilites:

• Assist in creating visual designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website elements, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual content as needed.

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior React Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable full-stack web applications. In this role, you will architect both front-end and back-end solutions, drive innovation, and mentor junior team members. You will collaborate closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software that meets business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development:
  • Design, build, and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.
  • Develop robust back-end services and RESTful APIs.
  • Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
• Architectural Leadership:
  • Participate in system design discussions and drive the adoption of modern architectures (e.g., microservices, containerization).
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve productivity and system performance.
• Code Quality & Best Practices:
  • Lead code reviews, establish best practices, and enforce coding standards.
  • Implement unit tests, integration tests, and continuous integration workflows to ensure high code quality.
• Performance & Scalability:
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues across the stack.
• Collaboration & Mentoring:
  • Work in an agile environment to plan and deliver feature-rich software updates.
  • Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
• Documentation & Communication:
  • Write technical documentation for systems and APIs.
  • Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 4+ years of industry experience in full-stack development.
  • Proven expertise with React (including hooks, state management patterns like Redux or Context API).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design, asynchronous programming, and microservice architectures.
  • Experience with databases like PostgresSQL, ElasticSearch, Neo4j etc.
  • Exposure to containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to testing frameworks Jest and Selenium/Playwright.
• Soft Skills:

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platform AWS.
