Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Team Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance, with expertise in call monitoring, coaching, and training.
Roles and Responsibility
- Monitor calls to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Coach and train team members to enhance their performance and knowledge.
- Develop and implement effective quality control processes to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues and implement changes.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Provide feedback and constructive criticism to team members to help them grow professionally.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes, including call monitoring and coaching.
