Team Lead - Quality

• Your role is critical in maintaining and improving the overall quality standards within the organization
• You will lead a team of quality analysts or inspectors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in processes and products

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and coach a team of quality analysts or inspectors
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on quality and excellence
• Quality Assurance:Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of products or services at various stages of production or delivery
• Identify and communicate quality-related issues to relevant stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry regulations, and company policies
• Process Improvement:Continuously analyze processes to identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements
• Track and measure the effectiveness of process improvements
• Data Analysis:Collect and analyze quality-related data to identify trends and areas of concern
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive quality improvements
• Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality assessments and findings
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate quality performance to management
• Training and Development:Provide training to team members on quality standards, processes, and tools
• Support the professional growth and development of team members
• Customer Focus:Collaborate with customer support and product development teams to address customer feedback and issues related to product quality
• Audit and Compliance:Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Participate in external audits and assist in compliance initiatives
