- Job Overview:
- The QMS Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO and industry standards within the rubber and plastic industry. This role involves conducting internal and external audits, analyzing quality data to drive improvements, managing non-conformities, and collaborating with production teams to ensure quality standards. The QMS Coordinator will also be responsible for preparing and updating QMS documentation and conducting employee training on quality management procedures.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO and other industry standards.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure QMS compliance.
- Analyze product and process quality data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Handle non-conformities, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and update QMS documentation, including procedures and reports.
- Conduct employee training on QMS-related procedures and practices.
