Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with industry standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance with QMS requirements.
Monitor and analyze product quality and process performance; identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
Prepare and review documentation related to QMS procedures and processes.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for non-conformities.
Train employees on QMS-related topics and ensure continuous improvement.

Strong knowledge of QMS standards and auditing procedures.
Experience in quality control and assurance processes in the rubber and plastic manufacturing sector.
Proficient in problem-solving techniques and data analysis.
