- Assist in performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- Support quality checks for electrical panels, mechanical parts, and assemblies
- Document and report non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis
- Maintain QA/QC records and update checklists and inspection reports
- Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve quality issues
- Learn and apply standards like ISO standards, IEC, IS, etc.
- Monitor test procedures like HV, IR, continuity, and dimension checks (as applicable)
- Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Basic knowledge of quality tools and inspection instruments
- Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
- Good communication, observation, and reporting skills
- Willingness to work on shop floor and in a team environment
