For Quality Engineer

Location: Jamnagar,Gujarat
Duration: 1.5 Years
Qualification: B.E/B.TECH/Diploma in Mechanical
Key Requirments:
- Verification of materials, mill test certificates and confirming compliance to the code company requirements during IMIR clearance.
- Conducting welding procedure qualification tests and maintaining procedure qualification records (PQR) for Structural, Tank Piping works.
- Preparation of Welding Procedure Specification conducting Procedure Qualification test at site per requirement.
- Verification of welding consumables BTCs conduct necessary Qualificatio test at site.
- Preparation of Job procedure ITP pertaining to Structural, Piping Tank works.
- Periodical Site Internal Audits.
- Visually inspecting the fit up welded joints of Structural, Tank Piping works.
- Welding inspection (surveillance checks before, during and after welding)
- Conducting all NDT inspections and preparation of all inspection records.
- Coordination with Customer for necessary day-to-day inspections.
- Piping test package preparation, review, and site verification and punching the pending activities.
- NDT Clearance of Piping Test packs
- Hydrotest witness of Tank Piping system.
