Quality Control (Officer - Sr. Executive)

Role & responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis spectrophotometers.
• Validate and calibrate analytical methods and laboratory equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test results, deviations, and observations.
• Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in internal audits and support external inspections.
• Investigate deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
• Analyze data and prepare QC reports with key findings and trends.
• Manage sample receipt, handling, storage, and tracking.
• Develop and update SOPs, QC procedures, and work instructions.
• Train and support junior staff on QC practices and equipment.
• Troubleshoot analytical and equipment-related issues.
• Stay updated with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
