Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Sampling and Microbiological analysis of Raw water, Potable water, Water for injection and pure steam.
- Responsible for perform the Microbial limit test and Bioburden test of Raw material, Bulk sample or semi-finished sample.
- Responsible for perform the Bacterial endotoxin test of Water for injection, Raw material semi-finished and finished product.
- Responsible for perform the Settle plate exposure in Microbiology area, Manufacturing area, Warehouse area and Raw material sampling area.
- Responsible for perform the Air Sampling in Microbiology area, Manufacturing area, Warehouse area and Raw material sampling area.
- Responsible for perform the Surface monitoring in Microbiology area, Manufacturing area, Warehouse area and Raw material sampling area.
- Responsible for perform the personal monitoring in (Aseptic area) Microbiology area and Manufacturing Area.
- Responsible for perform the Sterility testing of finished product and sterile API.
- Responsible for culture media preparation including Autoclaving, Media pouring and plate maintenance activity.
- Responsible for perform the GPT and Microbiological culture maintenance related activity.
- Responsible for perform the Antibiotic assay of Raw material and Finished product.
- Responsible for perform the Culture identification by VITEK-2.
- Responsible for Operation and routine calibration of laboratory instrument such as Ph meter, Weight balance, Autoclave, Discarding autoclave, Laminar Air flow, Vertical Laminar Air flow,
- Mobile Laminar Air flow, Bio safety cabinet, Pass, Colony counter, Zone reader, Walk in incubator, Bacteriological incubator
- Daily monitoring of Microbiological laboratory including (Temperature, RH, Differential pressure).
- Responsible to perform Sterility Method validation, Bacterial Endotoxin Test Method validation, Microbial Limit Test Method Validation & Disinfectant validation.
- Responsible for execution of qualification of laboratory instruments
- Responsible for maintaining compliance and to ensure GLP in lab.

Candidate Should be from Pharma background
Prefer who can work in a shift and is willing to work at location Pithampur , Near Indore (M.P)
