SMS Labs Services Private Limited is looking for Quality Assistant to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Quality Control : Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures. Conduct routine inspections of products, processes, or services to ensure compliance with established quality standards. Identify and document non - conformities and work with relevant teams to address and resolve issues. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate and up - to - date records of quality inspections and test results. Prepare reports summarizing quality performance and trends. Assist in the preparation of documentation for quality certifications and audits. Process Improvement : Collaborate with cross - functional teams to identify areas for process improvement. Participate in root cause analysis investigations for quality - related issues. Suggest and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance overall quality. Training and Education : Provide training to employees on quality standards, processes, and procedures. Support the development of training materials related to quality control. Communication : Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to address quality concerns. Act as a liaison between quality control and production teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives. Compliance : Stay updated on industry regulations and standards relevant to the organization. Ensure that the organization's products or services comply with regulatory requirements. Testing and Analysis : Conduct product testing and analysis using appropriate tools and equipment. Interpret test results and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in a related field (Quality Management, Engineering, etc. ) or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of quality management principles, methods, and tools. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
