Trust Well Engineers (India) PVT.LTD. is looking for Quality Assistant to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Quality Control:Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
Conduct routine inspections of products, processes, or services to ensure compliance with established quality standards
Identify and document non-conformities and work with relevant teams to address and resolve issues
Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality inspections and test results
Prepare reports summarizing quality performance and trends
Assist in the preparation of documentation for quality certifications and audits
Process Improvement:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement
Participate in root cause analysis investigations for quality-related issues
Suggest and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance overall quality
Training and Education:Provide training to employees on quality standards, processes, and procedures
Support the development of training materials related to quality control
Communication:Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to address quality concerns
Act as a liaison between quality control and production teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives
Compliance:Stay updated on industry regulations and standards relevant to the organization
Ensure that the organization's products or services comply with regulatory requirements
Testing and Analysis:Conduct product testing and analysis using appropriate tools and equipment
Interpret test results and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field (Quality Management, Engineering, etc
) or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of quality management principles, methods, and tools
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with quality control standards and regulatory requirements
