Quality Analyst( International Voice)

IntouchCX is hiring Quality Analysts for its International Process. If you have experience in an International Voice Process and are looking to build your career in Quality.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Support/International Voice Process (Mandatory)
• Prior Quality Analyst experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Immediate Joiners only
• Graduates (Any Stream)
• Strong communication, analytical, and feedback delivery skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conduct call audits and provide constructive feedback to improve agent performance
• Identify trends, process gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Maintain quality scorecards and generate quality reports
• Collaborate with Operations and Training teams to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and customer service standards

Work Schedule:

• 24/7 Rotational Shifts
• 5 Days Working
• 2 Rotational Week Offs

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC up to 4.5 LPA
• Two-way cab facility within a 25 km radius
• 5,000 per month Travel Allowance for employees opting for self-commute (over and above the offered CTC)
