Role & responsibilities
Lead new product development and product enhancement initiatives
Develop innovative bentonite-based products and customized customer solutions
Conduct laboratory research, product trials, and pilot-scale testing
Improve product quality, process efficiency, and manufacturing costs
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Sales teams for product commercialization
Analyze market trends and competitor products for new business opportunities
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards
Mentor and lead the R&D team while driving continuous improvement projects
Lead and manage the Quality Control department.
Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards, and inspection plans.
Monitor testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
Handle customer complaints, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and CAPA implementation.
Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Sales teams for quality improvements.
Ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Conduct internal and external quality audits.
Prepare quality reports, MIS, and quality KPIs.
Lead, mentor, and develop the QC team.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
