QC & QA - Executive

• Inspect incoming raw materials such as wire rods, chemicals, packaging materials.
• Conduct in-process inspections during flux mixing, wire drawing, coating process, packing operations etc.
• Perform laboratory testing and quality checks on finished electrodes, including coating uniformly, diameter & length measurements, moisture content etc.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and testing documents.
• Monitor rejection, rework, and defect trends and suggest corrective actions.
• Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and testing equipment.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Implement and maintain QA systems and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer specifications, safety and environmental regulations
• Conduct internal quality audits and process audits.
• Prepare CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) reports.
• Handle customer complaints and root cause analysis.
• Monitor process improvements to reduce defects and improve productivity.
• Ensure proper documentation for batch traceability, inspection records, test certificates, audit reports etc.
