Requirements Job Summary
Netision Technology LLP is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer Salesforce with 5+ years of experience in automation testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce QA Automation , AccelQ , API Testing , automation frameworks , and end-to-end testing. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation solutions while ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce applications and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases for Salesforce applications using AccelQ .
- Develop and execute automation workflows for Salesforce business processes.
- Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and end-to-end testing .
- Test Salesforce modules, including Apex, Lightning Components, Workflows, Flows, and Integrations .
- Design and execute API automation tests using Postman, Rest Assured , or similar tools.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Hybrid, Data-Driven, and Page Object Model (POM) approaches.
- Perform testing across web applications, customer portals, and enterprise back-office systems.
- Identify, track, and manage defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps .
- Analyze automation failures, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, DevOps engineers, and QA team members to ensure complete test coverage.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Prepare test plans, execution reports, defect reports, and QA documentation.
- Continuously improve automation frameworks, QA processes, and testing standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA Automation Testing.
- Strong experience with AccelQ , specifically for Salesforce automation.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM , Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, Workflows, and Integrations.
- Experience in Salesforce workflow automation testing.
- Strong experience in API automation using Postman , Rest Assured , or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience in Functional, Regression, System, Integration, and End-to-End Testing.
- Experience testing enterprise web applications and customer portals.
- Strong knowledge of automation framework design including Hybrid , Data-Driven , and Page Object Model (POM) .
- Experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps for defect management and test tracking.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA best practices, and defect lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform certifications.
- Experience with Selenium , Playwright , or Cypress .
- Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Experience testing cloud-based enterprise applications.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Experience working with performance or security testing tools.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
