Hiring: Senior Python Automation Developer (7 To 9 Years)
Location: Pune (Hybrid 4 Days WFO + 1 Day WFH)
Qualification: B.E. / MCA / M.Sc. / B.Sc.
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred | Up to 60 Days Considered
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Automation Developer with a strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) and hands-on automation development experience. Candidates with expertise in Java, C++, or C# are also welcome, provided they are willing to learn and work extensively in Python.
Mandatory Skills
- 7–9 years of software development/automation experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Python (or Java/C++/C# with willingness to work in Python)
- Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs)
- Experience with PyTest or other Python Unit Testing Frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Design Patterns
- Automation framework development experience
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Team handling or mentoring experience is an added advantage

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of tenure in each organization
Strong practical knowledge of OOP concepts
Hands-on development experience (not purely theoretical)
Good communication and teamwork skills
