Job Title: Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Required Skills
- 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python 3.11+ with FastAPI and/or Flask.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and an ORM (SQLAlchemy preferred).
- Familiarity with async programming in Python (asyncio, httpx, asyncpg).
- Comfortable working with REST APIs designing, consuming, and debugging them.
- Experience with authentication/authorization JWT, OAuth2, LDAP.
- Familiarity with background job scheduling (APScheduler, Celery, or similar).
- Comfortable in a Linux/WSL environment; command-line proficient.
- Experience with Git for version control.
- Working knowledge of Angular (or similar SPA frameworks) for frontend support.
• Experience in using AI coding assistant tools like GitHub copilot, Kiro, Claude Code etc.
Good to Have
- Healthcare domain knowledge — EDI transactions, eligibility (270/271), claim status (276/277), NPI registry.
- Experience with uv or similar Python packaging/workspace tooling.
- Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
