Job Description
We are hiring a Full Stack Lead Developer with strong experience in ReactJS, Python, PostgreSQL, and Azure Cloud Services to lead the development of scalable and secure enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of full-stack applications.
- Develop front-end solutions using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Build backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Django.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases and queries.
- Integrate Azure services such as Service Bus, Event Hubs, Key Vault, Blob Storage, and Azure Files.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure coding best practices.
- Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams.
Required Skills
- 5–7 years of full-stack development experience with 2+ years in a Lead role.
- Strong expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI/Django.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks.
- Experience with Azure services, REST APIs, Microservices, OAuth2/OIDC, and Docker.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of AKS/Kubernetes, Terraform, or Bicep.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305) are an advantage.
