In November 2006, PTC was awarded the prestigious National Award in the Industry for the successful absorption and commercialization of Replicast® technology. Over the years, PTC has grown to become a major supplier of castings solutions, machined components and fabricated parts to many of the world’s most reputed companies like Metso, Flowserve, Emerson, Fisher Control, Westad, etc. PTC has 2 foundries, 2 CNC machine shops and 1 heavy engineering / fabrication facitlity in India, manufacturing castings using Replicast®, RapidCast™, Investment Casting (Lost Wax), Shell Moulding, Sand Moulding and Centrifugal Casting processes in either as cast or finish machined condition. It supplies products for a wide range of applications including Oil and Gas , Liquefied Natural Gas, Valves and Flow-control, Power Plants & Turbines, Mining and Earth Moving and Rail and River Transport. It offers a wide range of materials which include Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex and Super Duplex Stainless Steel, Creep Resistant Steel, Heat Resistant Steel and various other steel based alloys.
