Job Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and client requirements.
• Work closely with Sales, Technical, and Management teams to gather information and develop customized proposals.
• Write, edit, and review proposal content, executive summaries, and solution documents.
• Develop compelling value propositions and proposal presentations.
• Manage the complete proposal lifecycle, including timelines and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
• Maintain proposal templates, reusable content, and documentation.
• Conduct quality checks for grammar, formatting, and consistency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor information to improve proposal quality.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Proposal Writing, Presales, or Bid Management.
• Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and convert them into customer-friendly proposals.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Proposal Management tools or CRM is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
