Project Manager Solar EPC - Immediate Requirement
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Solar EPC to lead our solar power projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical engineering background with 5-7 years of experience in solar EPC, including expertise in LT and HT systems, switchyards, transformers, and electrical panels . The candidate will be responsible for finalizing plant engineering designs and overseeing on-site project execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the design, planning, and execution of solar power projects.
- Finalize engineering designs in coordination with the design team.
- Manage HT and LT systems , including switchyards, transformers, and electrical panels.
- Supervise on-site project execution , ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct technical reviews, resolve on-site challenges, and optimize system performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in solar EPC projects, with expertise in HT/LT systems .
- Strong knowledge of switchyards, transformers, and electrical panels .
- Experience in project execution, site management, and team coordination.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
