Job Description
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
Responsibilities- Execute erection, testing, and commissioning of EHV equipment up to 400KV (LA, CVT, CT, PT, Isolator, CB, Transformers, PLCC, HT/LT Panels, Battery systems).
- Interface with clients, consultants, PMC, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution.
- Manage site manpower, progress tracking, and reporting to management.
- Coordinate material procurement, inventory control, and backend design/accounts/billing.
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Drive team development and operational excellence initiatives (TPM, 5S, Kaizen).
- Strong experience in EHV/HV/MV substation and transmission line projects.
- Hands-on experience in EHV project execution and site management.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and government bodies.
- Quality and safety-focused with strong execution capability.
