Project Manager - Ai Adoption

Role & responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and project governance.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful implementation of AI solutions.
• Drive user enablement, change management, training, and communication to maximize AI adoption.
• Track project progress, adoption metrics, business outcomes, and ROI, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure AI initiatives comply with organizational governance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI guidelines.
• Continuously identify opportunities to scale AI solutions and improve enterprise productivity and operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 58 years of experience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, or AI adoption initiatives.
• Experience with Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or Claude.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project delivery skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is preferred.
