Role Overview

• Position: Project Incharge (Chimney Silo)
• Industry: Thermal Power Plant Construction
• Location: Project Site

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Direct day-to-day civil and mechanical construction activities for chimney and silo structures.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict plant safety rules and zero-accident policies at heights and heavy machinery zones.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Quality Control: Inspect materials and work quality to meet engineering and design standards.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and safety officers to resolve site issues.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 10 to 15 years of total experience in heavy industrial construction, specifically thermal power plants, chimneys, or large concrete silos.
• Skills: Strong leadership, blueprint reading, risk management, and crisis resolution.
