Project Incharge- Power

We have opening for the Project Incharge (DGM Projects) for Adani Anuppur, MP Power Plant Project. The site is located in a remote area in East Madhya Pradesh, close to the MP Chhattisgarh border. Kindly keep the following points in sharp focus while sourcing:

Key Deliverables :

• Contractual Scope, Schedule & Milestone Compliance
  Ensure execution of the EPC contract strictly in line with agreed scope, technical specifications, milestone schedules, and liquidated damages (LD) provisions; drive recovery actions to mitigate delays and LD exposure.
• P&L Ownership & Financial Governance
  Own end-to-end project P&L including budget adherence, cost-to-complete forecasting, billing, cash flow, retention release, and margin protection in line with EPC contract terms.
• Cost Control, Variations & Claims Management
  Establish strong cost controls and productivity norms; identify, evaluate, submit, and negotiate variations, change orders, and contractual claims to safeguard commercial interests and minimize financial risk.
• Quality Assurance & Contractual Compliance
  Ensure full compliance with contractual quality requirements, codes, standards, ITPs, and inspection protocols; achieve successful stage-wise inspections, FATs, SATs, and final acceptance without major punch points.
• HSE Compliance & Statutory Obligations
  Ensure compliance with all contractual HSE obligations, statutory approvals, client safety requirements, and environmental conditions; drive zero fatality and minimal reportable incident performance.
• Procurement, Subcontract & Vendor Management
  Manage EPC procurement and subcontracting in line with contract terms, approved vendors, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions; mitigate supply chain risks impacting time and cost.
• Client, Consultant & Authority Interface
  Act as single-point contractual interface with client, PMC, consultants, and statutory authorities; manage correspondence, notices, disputes, and issue resolution in accordance with contract conditions.

Candidature Requirements:

• Qualification: BE/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 20+ years, with mandatory experience of at least one power plant project from the contractors side
• Notice Period: 1 month or less (priority to early joiners)

Important Sourcing Focus:

• Since the project location is remote, please prioritize candidates originally from Madhya Pradesh who are currently posted outside the state.
• Candidates with families settled in one location who are comfortable moving alone to the project site are preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days.
