Job Summary
Project Coordinator/Manager - 1+ Year Exp. - Full Time - Junior Level - Middle Level. Project Coordinator (1+ year of Experience) (Must be from the IT field).
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across various departments
- Coordinate between development teams, designers, testers, and clients to ensure timely communication
- Track project progress, identify potential delays, and ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and updates
- Organize and participate in meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items
- Ensure projects align with client expectations and defined objectives
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor project risks and issues; escalate as needed to the project manager or leadership
- Work with tools like Trello, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management software
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding progress and deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Management, or a related field
- 0 2 years of experience in project coordination or related roles in the IT industry
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common IT terminologies
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical thinking with basic technical understanding to interact with developers and QA teams
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
