Summary:
In the role of Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This includes utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The role requires continuous coordination and communication with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and to address any challenges that arise during the service delivery lifecycle. Attention to detail and proactive management are essential to support successful outcomes and maintain service quality throughout the engagement period.


Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment on project objectives.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Service Desk Management.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Incident Management.

Strong knowledge of service level agreement monitoring and control techniques.

Ability to utilize standard project management tools and methodologies effectively.

Skilled in coordinating multiple teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.

Competent in problem-solving and providing practical solutions within a service management context.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Service Desk Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
