Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The position demands continuous coordination with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines, while proactively addressing any challenges that may arise to ensure successful project execution and service delivery.



Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to report progress and address concerns.

Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

Assist junior team members in understanding project objectives and deliverables.



Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Bizagi Modeler.

Experience in process modeling and workflow automation using Bizagi Modeler.

Ability to analyze and document business processes to support project objectives.

Familiarity with project management tools and techniques to track and control project progress.

Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues within project scope.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Bizagi Modeler.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
