Position Overview
We are seeking a high-impact Executive Leader from a mechanical or petroleum engineering background to spearhead our Global Industrial Services and Engineering Delivery operations. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of managing large-scale program lifecycles across upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors while leading massive, geographically distributed technical workforces.
Position Requirements
Education & Certifications
- Academic Core: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering.
- Preferred: PMP® or equivalent program management certification.
Work Experience & Leadership
- Domain Longevity: 17+ years of progressive experience in industrial services or engineering delivery within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Executive Tenure: Minimum of 5 years operating in a dedicated senior leadership capacity.
- Scale Mastery: Proven track record of managing large, cross-functional global teams of 100+ personnel across diverse geographies.
Technical Competencies & Industry Standards
- Engineering Ecosystems: Exposure to Plant Engineering, including drawing offices and project services.
- Operations & Safety: Deep understanding of asset operations, maintenance practices, and safety frameworks (HAZOP, HSE-MS).
- Compliance Frameworks: Familiarity with international engineering and safety standards (API, ASME, ISO, OSHA).
- Market Exposure: Experience navigating international oil & gas markets and global delivery models.
- Metrics: Command of delivery excellence metrics with a track record of achieving high-performance benchmarks.
