Job Description
We are hiring product support specialist for Bangalore location . We are looking for Male candidates . It is 6 days rotational shift job .
Experience - 2 to 4 yrs
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Functional, Regression, Sanity, UAT, and API testing
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Core Java
- Execute performance testing using Apache JMeter
- Validate REST and SOAP APIs using Postman
- Perform API integration testing with third-party systems and payment gateways
- Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Support deployment and testing activities on Apache Tomcat
- Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration
Technical Skills
Programming & Scripting:
- Java, JavaScript, Python, C++, SQL
- JSON, XML
Testing & Automation Tools:
- Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Postman, JMeter
API & Integration:
- REST API, SOAP API, Travelport API, Amadeus API, UPAI

Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in manual and automation testing
- Strong hands-on experience with API testing and validation
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems
- Exposure to Azure environments
- Experience in mobile testing
