Product Support Engineer

About the Role

You will deploy, configure, commission, and support ScanalitiX systems across customer sites. 

What Youll Do

• Install and configure Linux servers, Docker services, VMS modules.
• Configure networking: DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, firewall rules.
• Validate RTSP streams, ONVIF discovery, bandwidth tests.
• Monitor system health, container status, diagnostics.
• Solve L2-level issues and coordinate with engineering for L3 escalations.

Required Skills

• 5-10 Years • Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS), Docker, networking fundamentals.
• DNS, VLAN, firewalls, routing.
• Strong troubleshooting and log analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CMS/VMS/CCTV systems.
• Exposure to embedded hardware or edge devices.

Soft Skills

• Calm under pressure, customer-handling ability.
• Responsible, disciplined, documentation focused.
• Self-starter, highly accountable.
