About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Global Shop App, ensuring smooth functioning and addressing any operational challenges promptly.
- Utilize deep understanding of underlying technology to analyze and resolve user-reported issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and marketers to implement enhancements and new features.
- Conduct research using user feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize feature development based on business objectives and user needs.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and optimizations.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on product performance, upcoming features, and any operational issues.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience 5-8 years in product management and a development experience of 1-3 years, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry.
- Deep understanding of underlying technology and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing products through their lifecycle, from conception to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically while also paying attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative development environments.
Preferred:
- Experience with mobile app development and/or e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with products and ecosystem.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications in product management.
