Product Manager Payment Gateways

Role & Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap for payment gateway solutions.
  
• Define, prioritize, and deliver payment features (cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, subscriptions).
  
• Manage payment flows: authorization, capture, refunds, chargebacks, settlements.
  
• Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, banking norms, and data privacy laws.
  
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, risk, and external partners.
  
• Track KPIs, analyze transaction data, and improve conversion and security.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in payment gateway/product management.
  
• Knowledge of payment flows, authentication (MPI/ACS), and authorization processes.
  
• Understanding of compliance, risk, and fraud prevention.
  
• Strong analytical, collaboration, and project management skills.
  
• Comfortable working with tech and business teams.
