Job Description Job Role _x000D_ _x000D_ Product Manager _x000D_ _x000D_ Sub Team _x000D_ _x000D_ SAFE _x000D_ _x000D_ Location _x000D_ _x000D_ Delhi _x000D_ _x000D_ Job Purpose _x000D_ _x000D_ Product Management _x000D_ _x000D_ Tags# _x000D_ _x000D_ #ProductManagement _x000D_ _x000D_ Job Responsibilities _x000D_ _x000D_ Understand and analyze user needs, market trends - leverage them to define roadmap for existing and new products across our transportation business_x000D_ _x000D_ Own and manage the entire product life cycle: from strategic planning to tactical decision- making._x000D_ _x000D_ Articulate and evangelize product vision and roadmap across internal teams (design, engineering, , business development) and external stakeholders (end users, clients) to enable collaboration and drive adoption._x000D_ _x000D_ Define and communicate your product s vision, execution, goals and own the results._x000D_ _x000D_ Identify customers behaviours and needs through research and analysis._x000D_ _x000D_ Empower and collaborate with your team to unlock their full potential._x000D_ _x000D_ Identify immediate and/ or upcoming user and internal stakeholder needs, then work with the team to develop a product plan that addresses them._x000D_ _x000D_ Strategically evolve and grow existing products and services to constantly deliver a better user experience._x000D_ _x000D_ Gather product requirements, and document them accordingly for projects in development._x000D_ _x000D_ Prioritize features and tasks for the product using internal tools, tracking and reviewing the product direction and current work frequently._x000D_ _x000D_ Manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external, to ensure teams have what they need and can work efficiently._x000D_ _x000D_ Skills Required _x000D_ _x000D_ 1- 2 years of product management experience in enterprise product startups/ digital products or e- commerce; overall experience of 4- 6 yrs_x000D_ _x000D_ Proven experience of building and launching B2B products from ground up_x000D_ _x000D_ Strong analytical skills._x000D_ _x000D_ Excellent communication and organization skills_x000D_ _x000D_ Prior experience in a startup/ fast- paced environment_x000D_ _x000D_ User focused individual who keeps the customer at the heart of everything we do, while having strong commercial awareness._x000D_ _x000D_ Data driven. Base your decisions on facts rather than opinions._x000D_ _x000D_ Background in handling operations (people process) intensive tasks is a necessity._x000D_ _x000D_ Background in software engineering with a good understanding of system architecture._x000D_ _x000D_ A good understanding of systems experience with designing user interfaces via wireframe mockups._x000D_ _x000D_ Education Qualification _x000D_ _x000D_ Bachelors or Masters in: _x000D_ _x000D_ Computer Science_x000D_ _x000D_ Information Technology_x000D_ _x000D_ MBA from a Tier 1 institute. _x000D_ _x000D_ Working Conditions _x000D_ _x000D_ Must be competent and flexible_x000D_ _x000D_ Monday to Friday with 1st Saturday working Qualifications Education Qualification _x000D_ _x000D_ B.Tech / B.E. / BCA etc is mandatory, MBA degree is preferred
