Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlog, and release plans to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front office, middle office, back office) to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
- Conduct secondary research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform product decisions.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., CRM systems) to measure product performance and optimize user experience.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in product management or strategy consulting in the banking industry.
- Strong understanding of business transformation initiatives and their impact on financial services organizations.
- Proficiency in conducting secondary research using online databases and tools (e.g., Bloomberg).
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum) is an asset.
