Business Analyst (3-5 Years Experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in gathering business requirements, defining product features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories and well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, development, QA, and UX teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support product roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
- Conduct functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance product value and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
