JOB DESCRIPTION

Experience: 8+ Years

Academics: Engineering degree/MBA or equivalent degree in Supply chain.

1. Act as SPOC for the process and assist client on the process support related queries.

1. in developing/maintaining the training documents and SOP documents to be rolled to associates.

1. and Monitor team on daily basis on the activities and updating the trackers accurately.
2. daily weekly meetings with clients on the Operational metrics and escalate issues which needs client attention.
3. identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of procurement processes
4. root cause analysis to expedite the resolution of service issues
5. Customized reports for analyzing and incorporating improvements in processes.

1. we include shortage/excess escalation management, co-ordinate and follow thru on urgent receive, past dues management and receiving challenge resolution.
2. with onboarding, training and go live of new resources, update on the resource movements to clients proactively.
