Job Description
Job Summary:
The Contract Procurement Expert shall be responsible for administering project contracts and procurement activities throughout the execution of the Pumped Storage Project. The expert shall ensure compliance with contractual provisions, procurement policies, technical specifications, and applicable statutory requirements. The role includes reviewing contract documents, evaluating variations and claims, certifying contractor payments, managing correspondence, and assisting in dispute resolution. The expert shall coordinate with the Employer, PMC team, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure transparent contract administration, timely procurement, effective risk management, and successful delivery of the project within the approved time and cost framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer EPC contracts.
- Review contractor claims.
- Evaluate variation orders.
- Monitor contractual obligations.
- Support procurement activities.
- Review payment certificates.
- Resolve contractual disputes.
- Maintain contract records.
- Assist arbitration/litigation support.
- Prepare contract reports.
Qualifications
Qualification:
- Bachelor''s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical (B.E./B.Tech).
- Experience 15+ Years.
The position will be site-based at Panaura, Uttar Pradesh, India.
