Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Mathematics Teacher to join Orchids The International School. The candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment and helping young learners develop strong mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for primary-grade students.
• Teach fundamental mathematical concepts using activity-based and experiential learning methods.
• Develop students' numeracy, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and other teaching resources.
• Conduct regular classroom assessments and evaluations to track student progress.
• Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.
• Maintain effective classroom management and discipline.
• Use innovative teaching techniques, educational technology, and interactive activities to make Mathematics interesting.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and support their overall academic development.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and areas of improvement.
• Participate in school events, co-curricular activities, workshops, and teacher training programs.
• Maintain accurate academic records and complete assigned documentation on time.
• Collaborate with other teachers and the academic team to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
• Follow the school's curriculum, academic policies, teaching standards, and processes.
