The Assistant Manager – HRBP will partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals while managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and support workforce planning.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit processes.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, recognition, and organizational culture initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, policy implementation, and HR compliance.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to support hiring, training, and succession planning.
• Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports, and support organizational development and change management initiatives.

Qualifications:
