Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will transform data into insights through interactive dashboards and reports to support decision-making across the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize data models and implement efficient data transformation processes using Power Query and DAX.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices.
- Proven experience in designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query for data modeling and transformation.
- Experience with SQL and database management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business teams and translate requirements into technical deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Azure Data Services and cloud platforms.
- Experience with ETL tools and processes.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
- Communication skills to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
- Masters degree is a plus
