Role Overview:

We are looking for a Developer to build automated, scalable dashboards and reports that track key business performance metrics. The role involves working with SQL Server and Yardi data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business requirements. The candidate will collaborate with executives, revenue, and operations teams to translate business needs into meaningful Power BI dashboards and insights. Additionally, the role includes optimizing report performance, maintaining documentation, and providing data-driven recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Build automated and scalable dashboards with clear visuals to track performance and key goals.
Analyze the underlying data and ensure information from Yardi aligns with business requirements.
Use SQL Server (or other databases) to create reports, dashboards, and handle ad hoc data requests.
Work closely with executives, revenue teams, and operations to understand their needs and turn them into meaningful dashboards.
Make sure all data in reports and dashboards is accurate and consistent.
Prepare and maintain proper documentation, including requirements and user guides.
Improve Power BI reports for better speed and performance through optimization techniques.
Provide data-driven insights to help the business grow and improve efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:

Requirements Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
2 6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, performance optimization).
Proficiency in SQL Server, including writing complex queries, views, and stored procedures.
Experience working with ERP systems such as Yardi (preferred).
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and relational databases.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
