Job description We seek highly motivated researchers with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines who are interested in developing environmentally sustainable, energy-efficient, trustworthy, and socially responsible AI systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to conduct cutting-edge research at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability, Cybersecurity, Edge Computing, and Green Computing. The successful candidate will contribute to the design of next-generation AI technologies that minimize energy consumption, reduce carbon footprints, improve resource utilization, and support sustainable digital transformation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research in Sustainable Artificial Intelligence.
- Develop innovative methodologies for energy-efficient, scalable, and trustworthy AI systems.
- Publish research findings in internationally recognized journals and conferences.
- Collaborate with faculty members, research scholars, industry partners, and international collaborators.
- Assist in the preparation of competitive national and international research proposals.
- Participate in interdisciplinary sustainability and AI initiatives.
- Present annual progress reports to the Performance Monitoring Committee (PMC).
- Contribute to the academic, research, and innovation ecosystem of the department.
