Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and basic network connectivity
- Configure and troubleshoot audio/video equipment including microphones, speakers, amplifiers, projectors, LED displays, and conferencing systems
- Support live event audio/video operations and meeting room setups
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software applications Handle basic LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity
- Perform preventive maintenance for IT and AV equipment
- Maintain inventory and documentation of IT/AV assets
- Ensure smooth operation of classrooms, conference halls, studios, or event venues
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Computer Hardware, Electronics, IT, or related field
- Freshers with practical knowledge can also apply
- Prior experience in AV support or desktop support is an added advantage Additional Requirements
