Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for programming, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PLCs and servo motors in industrial automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and debug PLC programs using ladder logic, structured text, and other languages.
- Configure and troubleshoot servo motors and drives for precise motion control.
- Integrate PLCs with other devices such as HMIs, sensors, actuators, and servo motors.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in PLC programs and servo motor controls.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for programming work.
- Conduct tests and simulations to validate system performance.
- Provide maintenance and support for automation systems.
- Work closely with the engineering team and provide training as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in PLC programming and servo motor control.
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages and servo motor systems.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of servo motors, HMI programming, and SCADA systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
