Job Description
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens S7 series or equivalent)
- SCADA configuration and visualization
- Microcontroller-based automation including sensor integration and basic communication protocols
- Selection, integration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation hardware (PLCs, HMIs, control panels)
- Familiarity with field instruments: control valves, temperature/pressure sensors, encoders, proximity sensors
- Preparation of instrumentation documents: I/O lists, cable schedules, interconnection diagrams
- Panel assembly, wiring, I/O loop testing, and instrument calibration
- Data logging and technical reporting
- Working knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards Aptitude for learning digital tools (PLM, ELN, LIMS, SAP)
- Exposure to IoT, IT/OT
