Job Description
Technical guidance to vendors along with project managment and schedule monitoring.
> Ensuring timely execution of development activities.
> Planning for Zero defect production lines setup at Vendors.
> Conducting PFMEA and timely implementation of required actions based on the same.
> Advance Quality Planning for new parts development. > Analysis of part quality issues & countermeasure planning ( FTA , 5 Why analysis , 8D method etc. ).
> Identification of Technical and Systemic issues at vendor end & Prepare action plan for the same
Should have working experience in Automobile Industry (4 / 2 wheeler / LCV ).
> Expertise in Checking fixture & Welding fixture design , Concept generation & Validation .
> Root cause analysis for defects reported in line and counter measure implementation.
> Practical application of Quality Control Tools, including theoretical background of SPC, Analytical tools and Six sigma.
> Thorough knowledge & working experience on PFMEA,APQP,PPAP activities.
> Working Knowledge of Tools / Dies & Various inspection aids (gauges /Jigs / Fixtures / Test Rigs, Etc.).
> Good Planning and execution skills for handling multiple tasks at time.
> Computer Proficiency is essential for proper documentation and data study & Presentation Skills.
> Openness, Positive attitude to work in team & Good Communication Skills.
> Ability to understand drawing spec & part fitment requirements.
> Should have good knowledge of automobile international testing standards ( IS,BIS,JIS,JASO,ASTM,SES etc. )
