Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Electronics Engineering / Electronics Communication Engineering from a reputed institute
Guiding Electrical parts vendors for improvement in Quality Systems, Manufacturing Process, Shop Floor improvements and P-D-C-A approach for overall improvement of vendor quality performance.
1. Carry out system process improvement at vendors in the following areas:
- Quality System Improvement
- Root Cause Analysis of Quality Defects
- Identification of gap areas in Plastic parts manufacturing process systems
- Implement countermeasure actions best practices
- Process specific improvements for automotive plastic parts.
- Process/ system upgradation based on AI/ digital tools techniques.
2. Review, Monitoring Reporting
- Monitor progress of actions
- Timely reporting of concerns and prepare Management reports/
presentations
